You must meet all of these. You:
- are between 16 and 25 years of age
- are a full time student
- had a Carer Allowance Health Care Card on the day before you turned 16
- meet residence rules.
This card is not means tested.
Who can get it
You can get an Ex-Carer Allowance (Child) Health Care Card if you meet certain criteria.
