Media release - Services Australia Dalby is on the move

Published: 31 August 2026

People in Dalby can now access a wide range of government services at the new Services Australia service centre located at 11 Cunningham Street, Dalby.

The new service centre is just 450 metres from the previous site at 34-36 Patrick Street, Dalby.

Dalby Service Centre Manager Pam Cottier said staff are excited to welcome customers into a modern space designed to make accessing government services easier.

“We’re thrilled that customers can now visit us in a brand new service centre designed with their needs front of mind,” Ms Cottier said.

“The service centre’s contemporary layout and upgraded facilities, such as self-check-in kiosks, mean locals will find it even easier to access support, payments and services.

“Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can call their regular payment line to book an appointment at the Dalby Service Centre.

“Digital coaching and bring your own device options are also on offer for those looking for extra support to access our online services.

“Customers interested in digital coaching can arrange a session by calling their regular Centrelink payment line or service centre staff can book them in.

“I encourage people to take these sessions up. They’re offered at no cost and our staff can help people with their specific needs – from how to set up a digital account to particular online tasks.”

There is parking available at Bell Park, free parking across the road behind the Department of Transport, and 2-hour parking directly in front of the office.

The new service centre is open Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
