The updated 2030 Vision describes what success looks like for our agency and centres our efforts on improving the future experience of our customers, staff and stakeholders.
It includes our:
- vision statement to make government services simple so people can get on with their lives
- goal to be a world leader in government service delivery
- 4 principles of being simple, helpful, respectful and transparent.
We’re committed to working with government and our policy partners to put the customer voice at the centre of policy development and service delivery.
The 2030 Vision complements the corporate plan. It’s supported by the Services Australia 2030 Strategy, which guides how we’ll deliver on our commitments.
