We’re monitoring outstanding manual ACSS payments for medicines supplied before 1 July 2025 for claims certified and closed after 30 June.
This includes 2 final manual payments for eligible supplies before 1 July that haven’t been paid.
Outstanding claims after this date will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
To receive these final manual payments, make sure you’ve certified and closed your claims by 31 December 2025.
From 1 July 2025, ACCS fees are assessed in real time and included in your regular weekly PBS payments.
