Our people are the face of our agency.
They’re the ones who welcome and guide you when you arrive at our service centres.
They’re a ‘digital coach’, helping customers educate and empower themselves to with digital options.
If you need additional support, they’re the ones who will listen to you and help you connect to the support you need.
And in times of emergency, they’re right there on the ground beside you, supporting the communities they’re a part of.
Their commitment and the positive way they represent the agency is vital in our journey to make government services simple.
Jess, a Service Officer from Gosford, has embraced the new uniform and our new ways of helping customers.
