|PBS Safety Net entitlement (SN) and concessional (CN) cards||
If you can’t order Safety Net cards online, use the PBS Safety Net stationery order for pharmacies form (PB185). It’s only available until 14 December 2021.
You must place orders for 2022 Safety Net cards online. These will be available to order from 1 December 2021.
