News for aged care providers

From 1 November 2025, the way we collect and check your financial information to assess your residential aged care contributions is changing.

The Aged Care Provider Portal will be unavailable for a short period while we make updates to support the new Aged Care Act.

Support at Home claiming will start from 1 December 2025, but you can begin submitting invoices from 5 November 2025.

From 1 October 2025, you can access Support at Home contribution rate estimates for most care recipients.
