We’re randomly selecting health professionals to take part in a survey to help improve our services and communications.
The survey is conducted by Instinct and Reason and runs from 1 July 2025 to 31 July 2025. It should only take about 15 minutes to complete.
If you get emailed an invitation, it’ll have instructions on how to take part in the survey.
We’ll ask you about:
- your satisfaction with Services Australia
- Services Australia’s communication with you
- your professional experience of Medicare programs.
All responses are anonymous, we won’t ask you to provide any private information.
