The service offers guided support from trained practitioners using Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT) through online tools.
From 30 March 2026, people can get guided support during phone or video sessions to help manage anxiety, low moods, and everyday challenges.
In the future, the service will also introduce self-guided LiCBT online tools, allowing people to progress at their own pace.
