We’re making final manual ACSS payments for medicines supplied before 1 July 2025 for claims certified and closed after 30 June.
This includes 2 final manual payments for eligible supplies before 1 July that haven’t been paid.
To receive these final manual payments, you needed to have certified and closed your claims by 31 December 2025.
We assess any outstanding claims after this date on a case-by-case basis.
From 1 July 2025, ACCS fees are assessed in real time and included in your regular weekly PBS payments.
