Your patient must meet all eligibility requirements for Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) listed medicines at the date of prescribing.
We can’t provide authority approval if your patient doesn’t meet all eligibility requirements when prescribed a PBS-listed medicine.
The criteria outlined in the PBS schedule changes over time, you must always check your patient meets the eligibility requirements of a medicine on the PBS website.
