You need to confirm your family income to get Child Care Subsidy (CCS)

Published: 5 November 2024

If you got CCS in the 2022-23 or 2023-24 financial year, you need to confirm your family income so we can keep paying you.

If you had a partner at any time during this time, we need their income too. You can do this by either:

  • lodging a tax return with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
  • telling us you and your partner don’t need to lodge one.

If you separated and don’t know if your ex-partner will lodge or not, please call us.

There are time limits for doing this. If you haven’t confirmed your income yet, your CCS may have already stopped.
