Go to a service centre or participating Agent to swap your Cashless Debit Card for a SmartCard.
The Cashless Debit Card (CDC) has ended and enhanced Income Management and SmartCard has started.
If you have a Cashless Debit Card, you can use it to access your enhanced Income Management account until you get a temporary SmartCard.
