Is your representative acting in your best interests?

A representative should always:

  • act in your best interests
  • use your Centrelink, Child Support and Medicare payments only for your benefit
  • keep records on how they spend the money
  • tell us about any changes that may affect their ability to represent you.

You can end your voluntary arrangement at any time, online, by calling us, or visiting a service centre.
