
You can take your Parental Leave Pay before or after you return to work. You can take it any time, including:
- weekdays
- weekends
- holidays
- any time you’re on leave from work.
This applies if you’re caring for the child and not working, unless it’s for an allowable reason.
You can also take it before, during or after any paid or unpaid leave from your employer.
