We’ve simplified the Pathology registration refund process

From 17 October 2022, payments will no longer be returned without notice when an application is rejected.

We’ve listened to your feedback and have simplified the policy for refunding pathology registration payments.

From 17 October, if we reject your application you’ll have 7 days to resubmit using the original payment.

We’ll send you a courtesy email and letter with the details of your rejected application. The letter will outline the reason for rejection and what you need to do to resubmit within 7 days.

If you resubmit within 7 days, you can still use the original payment. If you don’t resubmit within 7 days, we’ll refund your original payment and you’ll need to make a new payment.
