We now have Aged Care Specialist Officers (ACSOs) in more of our service centres. They offer face-to-face support to help connect you with aged care services.
Aged Care Specialist Officers can give you in-depth aged care support. Staff in all our service centres can also help you use the My Aged Care website and contact centre.
