Once you’ve submitted your claim, you can track it using:
- Centrelink online account through myGov
- the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app
- electronic messages from us.
To check using your Centrelink online account, sign in through myGov and search for My online claims.
To check using the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app, sign in and select My claims.
We’ll contact you once we’ve worked out if you can get Age Pension, or if we need more information. We’ll send a letter to your myGov Inbox, if you have one. If you don’t, we’ll send you a letter in the mail.
