If you got FTB in the 2021-22 financial year, you must confirm your family income.

To do this either:

• you and your partner need to lodge your tax returns with the Australian Taxation Office
• you need to tell us online if you or your partner don’t need to lodge a tax return.

If you don’t do this by the 30 June 2023 deadline, you can miss out on FTB payments. We may also ask you to repay all the FTB you got in the financial year.
