The adaptors to web services project has been running since late 2018 and involved approximately 50,000 healthcare locations.

The project is now in its final phase. Over 98 per cent of healthcare locations have moved to web services before the deadline.

Using web services protects your patients. It provides them with a secure and stable online claiming service now and into the future.

Your software developer or ICT provider will contact your organisation if you haven’t transitioned to web services.

If you choose not to upgrade, you’ll need to use alternate digital channels where available.

If you’re using ECLIPSE, you must transition to an upgraded product as you won’t be able to claim using alternate digital claiming channels.

All adaptor based claiming channels will end after 31 March 2023.
