Sharing Parental Leave Pay days with your partner

You can choose to share some of your Parental Leave Pay days with your partner.

The maximum amount of Parental Leave Pay days one parent in a couple can use is 90 days. We’ll keep the rest of the days for your partner.

You can take up to 10 days at the same time as one another. This will give your family more flexibility to manage your work and care arrangements.

You can take your Parental Leave Pay days in a range of ways. Take a look at these examples of taking different days.
