The Bunbury community can now access a range of government services from a contemporary new Services Australia service centre.

Conveniently located in Prinsep Street, the new service centre replaces the previous office on Wittenoom Street.

Services Australia General Manager Hank Jongen said Bunbury locals are now benefiting from a state of the art office, designed with customer needs front of mind.

“We’re so pleased Bunbury has a fresh new space to access government services,” Mr Jongen said.

“The service centre’s contemporary layout and upgraded facilities mean locals will find it even easier to access support, payments and services.

“Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can call their regular payment line to book an appointment at the Bunbury service centre.

“Digital coaching is also on offer for those looking for extra support to access our online services.

“Customers interested in digital coaching can arrange a session by calling their regular Centrelink payment line or Bunbury service centre staff can book them in.

“I encourage people to take these sessions up. They’re offered at no cost and our staff can help people with their specific needs or interests – from how to set up a digital account to specific tasks.

“National Disability Insurance Agency services are also available, offering Bunbury residents the option to complete more of their government business in one place.”

The new service centre, Ground Floor, 25 Prinsep Street is 100 metres from the Bunbury Central Bus Station and public parking facilities are available nearby.

It is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30 am to 4.30 pm.
