Services Australia General Manager Hank Jongen said the new location continues to provide an essential service to the Gladstone community and demonstrates Services Australia’s commitment to customer excellence.
“The service centre has a contemporary layout that has been designed to best service our customers’ individual needs,” Mr Jongen said.
“Customers will be able to access tailored and personalised services, including individualised digital support.
“For example, if people prefer to talk to a staff member face-to-face, they can book an appointment at a time that works for them.
“Those who are looking for extra help setting up and accessing their digital accounts such as myGov can attend digital coaching sessions.”
The new Gladstone Service Centre, at 45-69 Dawson Highway, is open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4:30pm.
