The pause is 1 November to 29 November 2023 inclusive. It only applies if you live in one of the following postcodes:

• Dalveen/Palgrave 4374
• Fleurbaix 4375
• Maryland 4377
• Stanthorpe 4380
• Thulimbah 4376
• Warwick 4370.

During this period, no payment suspensions or financial penalties will apply if you don’t meet your requirements.

You must still report any income you and your partner get every 2 weeks, even if it’s $0. This is so we can pay you the right amount.
