
What this means for you
You can no longer receive PSR’s via fax.
Call the Prescription Shopping Information Service (PSIS) on 1800 631 181 to confirm if your patient has met the PSP criteria. If your patient has met the criteria you can request a PSR. The PSR can be accessed immediately in HPOS.
The PSR will remain available in HPOS for 14 days.
By 1 May 2023, you should ensure you have access to HPOS by creating an individual Provider Digital Access (PRODA) account, and linking your healthcare identifiers.
