Pause to compulsory requirements for all ParentsNext customers

Published: 5 May 2023

From 5 May 2023, ParentsNext customers aren’t required to meet participation requirements.

Participants in ParentsNext will no longer have payment suspensions or penalties for not taking part in activities under ParentsNext from 5 May 2023. This includes activities such as attending appointments.

ParentsNext customers can still access support under the program.

From 1 July 2024, ParentsNext will be replaced by a new voluntary program.
