Online claiming for Home Care providers

Aged Care Online Services is an online claiming system for home care providers only. 

Home care providers can use Aged Care Online Services to register, view, update and delete events for clients including:

  • date they entered your home care service
  • departure date
  • periods of leave from home care
  • location
  • Commonwealth portion of unspent home care amount (CW Unspent Amount).

You can also:

  • view and finalise claims
  • view payment statements
  • view electronic Aged Care Client Records (eACCR).

You may still need to send us some paper forms that can’t be lodged online. These could be for oxygen, dementia and enteral feeding supplements.
