Aged Care Education and Training Incentive program
Eligible aged care workers can get payments to help them enrol in accredited education and training programs.
The ACETI program encourages aged care workers to do further study. Further study helps you enhance your career as a personal care worker, registered nurse, or enrolled nurse.
To receive completion payments, you must have received a commencement payment and you must complete all of the following:
- complete your studies
- register with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia if you completed Enrolled Nurse and Registered Nurse training courses.
You must also give Services Australia a certified copy of both:
- your transcript
- a confirmation letter from the registered training organisation stating that you’ve successfully completed your studies.
You need to submit your completion application form by 30 June 2020, within 6 months of completing your studies.
For more information and the latest forms, go to the Department of Health website.
