We’re upgrading our Business to Government (B2G) software channel
27 May 2021
Aged care providers will need web services compatible B2G software to access our aged care channels from 13 March 2022.
We’re upgrading our Business to Government (B2G) software channel to web services.
If you use the Aged Care Provider Portal and don’t use software to send us data, these upgrades won’t affect you.
Upgrading to web services ensures that we’re providing data systems that:
- are secure and stable, now and into the future
- meet current technology and security standards
- are flexible and easy to update and improve.
What you need to do
Contact your software developer now to find out when they’ll have their web services software available.
You may also need to register for PRODA, ask your software developer if you need to. PRODA will help you do your electronic business with us securely.
Confirm when your software developer plans to transition you to web services. You’ll need to make sure they can upgrade your software to web services before 13 March 2022.
