We’re always looking for new ways to improve our information and services. Take our survey and let us know your thoughts.
Colmar Brunton and Q&A Market Research have come on-board to conduct this survey for us.
We do this survey once a year. We use the findings to help us better understand how we can provide improved information and services to you.
We began emailing invitations to a random selection of health professionals Australia-wide to participate from 20 February 2020. You’ll find the details of how to participate are in the invitation.
The survey should take approximately 12-15 minutes to complete. In the survey we ask about:
- your satisfaction with Services Australia
- your professional experience of Medicare programs
- Services Australia’s level of communication with you.
Your answers will be completely anonymous. You won’t be asked to provide any private information.
You can send us an email with any questions you may have about our survey.
You can find instructions on how to take part in the survey in the email invitation.
- The survey starts in early March and closes on 1 April 2020.
- You can send us an email to confirm the invitation is legitimate.
By taking part in the survey, you will help us improve our communication and services now and into the future.
