Medicare online accounts will look different this year

We’ve improved Medicare online accounts for your patients.
The changes will make it easier for your patients to do Medicare tasks online.
The online accounts have a new look and feel, based on user needs.
Patients can still do the same things, like lodging Medicare claims and keeping their details up to date. However, the accounts are now more intuitive and accessible for the user.
Check out the changes on your own Medicare online account by signing in through myGov. While you’re there make sure your details are up to date.

Use the item numbers if you provide phone and video services to patients affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19).
