It’s time to move to the Aged Care Provider Portal

We’re closing our legacy aged care claiming portals.

You won’t be able to access Aged Care Online Claiming and Aged Care Online Services from 20 November 2020.

You’ll need to register for the new Aged Care Provider Portal (ACPP) to continue claiming with us online.

If you’re still using the old portals, finalise your September and October 2020 claims and start using the ACPP.

What if I use Business to Government (B2G) software?

You’ll still be able to transmit information to us using your in-house software.

You can use the ACPP to check the status of submitted events and claims.

If you use B2G software you’ll need to move to web services compatible software by March 2022. Please contact your software developer to find out more.

What if I use file upload?

You won’t be able to use file upload in the ACPP. You’ll need to submit events (like ACFIs) through the ACPP from 20 November 2020.
