The Approved Collection Centre (ACC) renewal busy period is coming

Apply now to beat the rush and get your application in before your approval expires.
Over the next few months, we’ll experience a high volume of ACC renewal applications.
It’s important to get your application in early before your current approval period ends, to allow for longer processing times.
When you apply, make sure to include all of the following:
- a current lease agreement or proof of ownership
- a floorplan with all required information identified
- the tax payment (if applicable), or proof of payment if you paid by Electronic Funds Transfer.
We will reject applications without these documents.
You can renew your ACC online through HPOS. To do this, you’ll need to set up PRODA and HPOS and link it to your Approved Pathology Authority.
You can also renew your ACC by completing the Application for new, renewal or cancellation of an Approved Collection Centre form.
Once you’ve completed the form, you can upload it and any supporting documents by using HPOS form upload. If you can’t upload it through HPOS, you can post or fax it to our Pathology Registration section.
Make sure you download and fill out the latest form from our website. This will help avoid delays.
If your application is incomplete, we’ll reject it.
