We’ve launched our Family and Domestic Violence Strategy 2020-23

It outlines how we’ll support people in your community affected by family and domestic violence.
Family and domestic violence is a complex issue. It affects people in different ways and we all have a role to play in addressing it.
Our role is to provide payments, services and referrals to help people affected.
We also work closely with organisations that help with family and domestic violence.
Through these partnerships, we can:
- connect people to the support they need, when they need it
- learn from their expertise
- unite against family and domestic violence.
Together we can better support people affected by family and domestic violence and drive cultural change. Our Family and Domestic Violence Strategy 2020-23 outlines our plan to achieve this.
Family and domestic violence: it’s time to say enough.
Use our Payment and Service Finder to help people in your community find what support they can get.
Tell them the VET Student Loans Ombudsman can check if they need to pay it back.
