Coronavirus (COVID-19) resources for community groups

You can use our resources to help people in your community affected by coronavirus (COVID-19).
We have self-print, audio and video resources for community groups. You can give them to people affected by COVID-19 to help them access our payments and services.
Our self-print resources includes an eKit which has:
- an Easy Read document and other factsheets about how we can help people affected by COVID-19
- a poster about how to claim a payment
- talking points to use in your own communication with your clients
- a checklist about family and domestic violence.
You’ll also find translated resources and audio recordings about our payments and services in up to 30 languages. People can also listen to the Easy Read document.
We have a playlist of videos about COVID-19 on YouTube. They show people how to claim a payment and do business with us. The playlist also has videos from other Australian Government departments about COVID-19.
