myGov resources for community groups
Resources to help you share myGov information with your community.
myGov gives you access to a range of government services online in one place.
We know you play a big role in helping people use myGov. So, we’ve created an eKit to help you.
You can download our myGov ekit. Use it to promote myGov and help people in your community.
What's in the eKit
You'll find these resources:
- factsheets
- brochures
- posters
- presentations
- troubleshooting guides
- editorial content
- links to YouTube videos and online guides.
You can print copies, use the presentations and guides, publish articles and include links in your digital material.
By using the eKit, you agree to reproduce content in the exact form provided by us. Please don’t change the designs in any way.
You can contact us to order copies of the brochure to hand out to community members.
If you use assistive technology to help someone in your community, you may not be able to access the eKit. If this happens, read about myGov or contact us.
If they need information in their language
If English is a second language, they can access translated publications. They can read about how to create or use a myGov account in 12 languages.
If they want to watch a video
If they’d prefer to watch a video, they can check out our myGov YouTube channel. Here they’ll find useful guides on how to create a myGov account and link a member service.
Where to find more help in rural, regional or remote areas
If you’re in a rural, regional or remote area, our Agents and Access Points can help with access to services.
If you want to host an Agent or Access Point, read information for Agents and Access Points hosts.
