If you get an overpayment you’ll need to repay us within 28 days.
This could happen if you got funds from us and either:
- your employee is no longer entitled to Parental Leave Pay
- you can’t pay them Parental Leave Pay, for example they’ve closed their bank account and you can’t contact them.
