Where to get help

The EVoR helpdesk is available for support to businesses.

We monitor the EVoR service from 7:00 am to 8:45 pm Monday to Friday AEST, except on national public holidays.

Helpdesk support

If you have trouble using EVoR, you can call the Centrelink Confirmation eServices for business helpdesk. It operates from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday AEST. It isn’t available on national public holidays.
