COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program - Round Two

Round Two of the COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program provides travel agents and tour arrangement service providers with an additional funding grant.

Both Round One and Round Two of the COVID-19 Consumer Travel Support Program have closed.

We’ll only assess claims submitted after the closing date of Saturday 12 June 2021 11:59 pm AEST in limited circumstances. You can read more about how to claim in these circumstances.

The program:

  • helps Australian consumers to get refunds and credits for travel they were unable to use because of coronavirus (COVID-19)
  • supports eligible businesses to continue trading.
