How it works

You can use Centrelink Confirmation eServices (CceS) to confirm who’s eligible for a concession, rebate or service.

To use CceS you must have a contract with us. You’ll also need consent from your customers to check their details with us. This is for your customers getting a Centrelink or Department of Veterans’ Affairs payment.

Services available

You use one of these services to make an enquiry on a customer record.

Customer confirmation

Use this service to confirm a customer’s details. These can include name, address, payment and co ncession cards.

Income confirmation

Use this service to find out a customer’s income, asset or payment details.

Superannuation confirmation

Use this service to confirm if you can release someone’s super early due to financial hardship. Administrators and trustees of super funds can use this service.
