Business feedback and complaints
As a business you can give a compliment. You can also make a complaint or offer a suggestion to help us improve our service.
This includes all of the following:
- educational organisations
- financial institutions
- peak bodies.
Centrelink and Medicare
Use either of these online forms to give us feedback or make a complaint about Centrelink and Medicare:
Once you’ve selected the type of feedback you’d like to give, select Third Party Organisation at Step 2. Then enter your business, school or organisation details under Organisation name.
Or call the complaints and feedback line.
Employers and financial institutions can send us feedback about Child Support. To do this you can either:
- use your Child Support Business Online Service - once you sign in, select Messages then Feedback
- call the feedback and complaints line.
