Making it easier to find the right number
We’ve got more than 50 phone numbers, so we understand it can be difficult to find the right number to call.
To make it easier, we’ve developed an interactive Phone Us streaming tool. It asks questions about why a customer is calling and then guides them to the best phone number.
We’ve designed and tested the Phone us streaming tool with customers. It replaced the previous phone directory style page in September 2020.
The tool also tells customers the self service options we have for whatever it is they want to do. This may save them from having to make a call in the first place.
There’s also a quick reference and an alphabetical list of phone numbers if the customer knows which number they need.
With this new tool we can not only help customers find the right phone number, we can also guide them to other options, to help them complete their business with us.
