Nth Qld Monsoon and Flooding, Dec 2022 - Mar 2023 - Australian Government Disaster Recovery Payment

A lump sum payment to help people seriously affected by the Northern Queensland monsoon and flooding that started in December 2022.

You have until 15 September 2023 to make a claim for the following Local Government Areas (LGAs):

  • Boulia
  • Burke
  • Mount Isa.

You can see emergency information about your LGA by entering your address into the Queensland Government’s find your local council tool.
