If you have a new debt, we’ll send you a letter. This letter will tell you when your repayments are due and what action you need to take.
Further support available
If you’re still in financial hardship, you may have the option to pause for a further 3 months. This option will appear in the Money you owe service in your Centrelink online account through myGov or the Express Plus Centrelink app. You can also use phone self service by calling the Centrelink debt recovery line.
