The new service, Parent Pathways, starts from 1 November 2024. You can choose to take part if you get one of these payments:

• Parenting Payment
• Carer Payment
• Special Benefit.

You must also:

• have a child under 6 years
• not be in paid work
• live in a non-remote area.

ParentsNext will cease from 31 October 2024. If you’re currently taking part in ParentsNext, you’ll get a letter about Parent Pathways and what it means for you.
