Services Australia has opened a new service centre in the Bayside Shopping Centre, Frankston.

Services Australia general manager Hank Jongen, said the new service centre was just 850m from the former Davey Street site, and had a contemporary layout to make it easier for customers to access services.

“All Medicare and Centrelink services that were previously offered from the Davey Street service centre are available at the Bayside Shopping Centre service centre.

“Centrelink customers who like certainty around the time they can speak with a staff member face-to-face or over the phone can call their regular payment line to book an appointment,” Mr Jongen said.

“Digital coaching is also available for Medicare and Centrelink customers who are looking for extra support to access our online services.”

Mr Jongen said the new service centre was in a convenient location, previously occupied by Lincraft.  He said the shopping centre offered ample paid parking and the buses stopped at Frankston rail station about 700m away from the shopping centre.

Frankston Service Centre is open Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
