There’s a lot you can do using your online account. You can do all of the following:

• view your child’s Customer Reference Number (CRN)
• make a claim
• update your income estimate
• view and update your Child Care Subsidy (CCS) activity hours
• view your CCS percentage
• confirm your CCS enrolment.
