
This issue affects payment dates starting from 1 July 2025.
We’re working on resolving the matter and will have payment advice and statements available as soon as possible.
Approved Supplier Numbers (ASN) also no longer show on bank statements.
Once we’ve resolved the issue with generating statements, pharmacists can match their bank statement with payment advice and reconciliation statements.
