Payments and services during coronavirus (COVID-19)

If you’re a new or current customer affected by COVID-19 we have payments that can help you. We also have support if you can’t come into a service centre.

If you need a payment and aren't already getting one from us, we may be able to help. Eligibility and waiting periods for some payments have been temporarily adjusted during COVID-19. Use our guide to check what you can get. You can also read more about changes to payment rules.

If you already get a payment from us, you may be able to get the Coronavirus Supplement. If you’re able to get this, we’ll pay you automatically. You don’t have to do anything. Read about changes to the Coronavirus Supplement.

If you get JobKeeper payment and a payment from us, you’ll need to report your income. Read more about upcoming changes to JobKeeper Payment.

Keep in mind, we can support you if you’re affected by family and domestic violence. We can help with information, resources and referrals.

If you live in Victoria you can do most of your Centrelink and Medicare business online. There are also new rules that apply to visiting a service centre. Read more about how to access and claim payments and services in Victoria.

If you live in New South Wales, Tasmania, Victoria or Western Australia, you may be eligible for the Pandemic Leave Disaster Payment.
