How to access our services

Find where you can access our services following the bushfires.

Disaster Payments Hotline 180 22 66. Mon to Fri 8am to 8pm, Sat to Sun 8am to 5pm.

We have special arrangements in place to help bushfire affected communities. This includes Mobile Service Teams and Mobile Service Centres.

Staff will help you access disaster recovery assistance and payments. They can also help you access Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support services using free self service facilities at these locations.

To ensure the safety of staff and customers, these locations are subject to change at short notice due to weather conditions.

Office closures

Sometimes our service centres may be closed. You can check our current notices to see which offices are closed.

Social worker support

Our social workers can help if you need to turn to someone for support.

They can help you with:

  • access to mental health support services
  • short term counselling
  • referrals to other support services
  • information.
