How to access our services
Find where you can access our services following the bushfires.
We have special arrangements in place to help bushfire affected communities. This includes Mobile Service Teams and Mobile Service Centres.
Staff will help you access disaster recovery assistance and payments. They can also help you access Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support services using free self service facilities at these locations.
To ensure the safety of staff and customers, these locations are subject to change at short notice due to weather conditions.
